6. Refund Policy – Master Spanish Academy
- Trial Lessons
Trial lessons are non-refundable once the lesson has taken place.
If cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, students may reschedule without penalty. - Private Lessons
Students may cancel or reschedule private lessons with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the lesson:
the class may be considered completed,
no refund will be issued.
Exceptions may be considered in emergencies at our discretion. - Lesson Packages
Students purchasing multiple lesson packages may request a refund for unused lessons within 14 days of purchase, provided:
no more than 1 lesson has been used
the package was purchased directly through Master Spanish Academy
Used lessons are non-refundable.
Refunds for partially used packages may be adjusted based on the regular single-lesson price. - Group Classes
Group class fees are generally non-refundable after the course begins.
Before the start date:
students may request:
full refund, or
credit toward a future group session
Once the group course has started, refunds are typically not available. - Digital Courses / Downloadable Products
Due to the digital nature of online materials:
downloadable courses
PDF resources
recorded classes
memberships with instant access
are non-refundable once access has been granted. - Subscription Memberships
Monthly memberships may be cancelled anytime before the next billing date.
Payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. - Missed Lessons / No Shows
If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without notice:
the lesson will be marked as completed and is non-refundable. - Teacher Cancellation
If Master Spanish Academy cancels a lesson due to teacher availability or technical issues, students will be offered:
a full reschedule, or
class credit, or
refund if rescheduling is not possible - Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider..
